Celebrate ‘Roe’s’ Reversal at the National Celebrate Life Rally This Saturday
This Saturday, June 22, 2024, the pro-life community will celebrate the reversal of Roe v. Wade at the National Celebrate Life Rally on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
This is the second annual Celebrate Life Rally to commemorate the anniversary of Roe’s reversal and honor “the dedication, sacrifices, and innovations over the past 50 years” in the pro-life movement.
The rally will take place this Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to noon Eastern Time. The event is free and open to the public, but organizers ask that you register in advance so they can plan accordingly.
Speakers at the rally will include:
- Kristan Hawkins, President of Students for Life of America
- Abby Johnson, President, And Then There Were None & ProLove Ministries
- Matt Walsh, Host, The Matt Walsh Show at The Daily Wire
- Penny Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America
- Shawn Carney, President & CEO of 40 Days for Life
- Michael Kenney, President of Pro-Life Partners Foundation
- Lauren Muzyka, Founder, President & CEO of Sidewalk Advocates for Life
- Representative Bob Good (Virginia), Pro-Life Champion
- Jonathan Alexandre, Attorney and Senior Counsel for Governmental Affairs for Liberty Counsel
- Thomas Kearns, Post-Abortive Father
- Jon Schweppe, Director of Policy for American Principles Project
Students for Life of America has partnered with several pro-life organizations to coordinate celebrations, including Live Action, Students for Life Action, And Then There Were None, ProLove Ministries, Human Coalition, 40 Days for Life, Pro-Life Partners Foundation, Sidewalk Advocates for Life, Concerned Women for America, Thomas More Society and Patriot Mobile.
This year, organizers also plan to celebrate life at the first annual Celebrate Life Conference and Gala. The conference will begin on Friday, June 21, 2024, and conclude on Sunday, June 23, 2024.
The purpose behind the Celebrate Life Conference is to “unite pro-life women and men to celebrate, collaborate, and strategize for the protection of preborn children and to make abortion unthinkable in our culture.”
The conference is hosted by ProLove Ministries and Sidewalk Advocates for Life.
March for Life President Jeanne Mancini will be a keynote speaker at the conference addressing what’s next for the pro-life movement.
