Taco Bell Spices Up its Menu with ‘Drag Brunches’ to Promote Gay Pride

Moms and dads who gather up their brood on a regular basis to head off to Taco Bell for a cheap but tasty fast-food experience may want to double-check their favorite location over the next few Sundays. Otherwise, they may be treated to men dressed up in fishnet stockings, women’s makeup and bodysuits.

In a promotion sponsored by the Mexican food chain, drag performers will be offering “thrilling lip syncs and extraordinary high kicks and dips” in certain of its restaurants over the next few weeks as diners wolf down tacos and burritos and drink mimosas.

The “Taco Bell Drag Brunch” is a promotional event with a sexual subtext occurring at several of its “cantinas” around the country, which feature an urban design, open kitchen, custom menu and alcoholic beverages. The tour kicked off on May 1 in Las Vegas, with future events in Chicago, Illinois on May 22, Nashville, Tennessee on May 29, New York’s Time Square on June 12, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida on June 26.

Reservations for this year’s “tour” can only be made by adults ages 18 and older, but it remains unclear whether children will be allowed in with those adults.

Sunday brunch just got a whole lot spicier, and I don’t mean that in a good way. It may be time to make a run from the border, if you catch my drift. Or at least be on guard when you plan your family outing to what you thought was once a safe space.

For growing families like mine when the kids were younger, the post-church trip to Taco Bell on Sunday was an inexpensive and fun way to have a family meal, fellowship with other churchgoers, and help mom and dad – tired from our church responsibilities – avoid having to fix lunch for the littles. It was a win-win for everyone.

It looks, however, like the popular fast-food chain has succumbed to pressure from the left and is now all about serving up an agenda-driven gender ideology along with its Mexican food offerings in a restaurant that caters heavily to budget-minded families with children.

And that’s entirely by design, as we’ve seen in other parts of the culture.

The lead performer for this Taco Bell event is a guy who goes by the name of “Kay Sedia” – say it out loud a couple times and you’ll get it. He holds himself out on Instagram as an “International Model from Tijuana, Actress, Tupperware Diva and TACOS! TACOS! TACOS!”

Behind the “cheesy” performances these “entertainers” are offering, there is a serious lesson for parents to learn. Many corporations like Taco Bell are trying to earn points with LGBT activist organizations by targeting children with suggestive sexual messages that conflict with biblical teachings.

While Taco Bell touts its drag brunches as “creating safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community,” the event, in reality, seems intended to promote transgender ideology. And drag queens and kings are showing up everywhere children are found, from local libraries and schools, to children’s television programming, and, most depressing of all, in some churches.

The agenda behind the drag queen genre is no secret. The website for Drag Queen Story Hour says, “Drag Queen Story Hour is a fun and important program that celebrates diversity in the way that children may dress and act. It encourages children to look beyond gender stereotypes and embrace unfettered exploration of self.” (Emphasis added).

Rather than harmless entertainment (think Milton Berle, or Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari), today’s drag queens and kings promote a lifestyle in opposition to the truth of the Bible, that God made them male and female. (Genesis 5:2).
